Corail Apart’hotel & Splash park

I am a aware it's a 3.5 star hotel but even the basic breakfast could be slightly improved with a little choice of scrambled or poached eggs or some toast or cereals instead of same cold salami, old croissants, baguette and a boil egg all 5 mornings of staying. We should be advised in advance before booking of the basic towel, iron are extra charges. I am told half board is breakfast with lunch or with dinner but at hotel i am being told just breakfast and dinner. I've paid almost same paying as 5 star price only booked too late so there for ended up with this choice....i guess will teach me a lesson not ever book anything less then 5 star.

Hotel staff was very helpful property was beautiful

We've been there for 1 week late October 2016. The hotel territory is very clean ad beautiful. Staff is amazing. We are renting the apartment room for 4 people. We checked in late night - even early morning 1 am. The deposit which have been taken form me was substantial (£60) even taken into account that it was fully refundable. We have two small kids and they supposed to sleep in the living room, but when we arrived beds were not ready, so we have to do the bedding by our self. Another and last one disappointment is absence of the tea pot. We have to brew our tea in a pan! The room was cleaned every day and at a very high standard! Staff is amazing always happy to help. In other reviews you may find the information that you have to have your own towels or rent it from the hotel - this is true. They have some problem with toilet paper - so we have to buy it our self. Also, there was no dish washing liquid or towels. The rest - is amazing hotel. I would recommend it. All rooms were very big, big TV and good AC in both rooms.

The hotel and its grounds are lovely, well kept and green with gardens and nice swimming pools. My single unit was especially large with a separate kitchen area, including cooking facilities and refrigerator. Even the bedroom alone was bigger than most hotel rooms I have stayed in. The large windows featured nice views toward the pool and gardens. Air conditioning and hot water were quite functional. Unfortunately, the Wifi did not work very well in the room, even though I had specially requested this in the reservation. The staff was responsive and helpful, with a great can-do attitude, but it turns out that none of the rooms had better signal. Overall this is an exceptional value for those looking to relax and vacation, but not such a good proposition for business travelers or someone who needs to stay connected.

My family and I arrived end of May 2015, we were abit apprenhensive about the what to expect. But to our delight we were very pleased with the room. We had s two bed appartment with half board, clean room, comfy beds, TV and a kitchen. The two bathrooms a great idea as we were 2 adults and 3 children. The rooms were cleaned everyday! All around the lawns, pool were well kept and clean. The food was fabulous!! Hats off to the chef! The waiters and all staff polite and so helpful. The reception lady was very friendly and helpful too. Located near the marina literally a minute walk from beach and marina with plenty of shops near by for gifts and groceries. As this is more of a appartment/hotel it was really not that busy, I would one negative thing, they don't give you any toilet paper, towels or soap, but you can order a pack with two towels, toilet paper and soap for 5 dinars approx £1.70. We ordered a few. On the whole would definitely go back again and stay there !!

The hotel exceeded our requirements in terms of staff friendliness and food.The service was great which made our stay very comfortable. Because the hotel was not busy, we got asked what we wanted for dinner and got delivered to our room, which was by the pool. The food was good and in abundance. We'll definitely go back there again.

My husband I booked a week's stay at Residence Le Corail and we liked it so much, we ended up staying on another 3 days. The price was right, and we really liked the fact that it had it's own kitchen so we could cook our own meals. It's actually classified as a 'speciality' hotel. It was more like an apartment than a hotel room, but it had 2 pools, and beautiful gardens surrounding the complex. It was located in the heart of Yasmine Hammamet (south) within walking distance to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and I would definitely go there again.
