Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort

I staff was EXCELLENT!!! Bem, QI, the young gentleman at the front desk, everyone worked well together and were so attentive to detail. We had a wonderful experience!!! I stayed in every type of room all the way to the Villa. Each room got better and better! I loved the beach and the scenery was so relaxing.

I didn't like the fact I had to leave! lol

We are so impressed by the resort. It's one of our best travel stays yet. Mos was a great host. Besides being so helpful and friendly, he upgraded us to a villa, which was gorgeous and roomy, with a private pool and enormous bath. The other facilities are fantastic as well, including a beautiful pool, beach kayaks, paddle boards, and a giant chess and connect 4 game on site. There's also several outside restaurants in walking distance if you like exploring a little. Thank you Pullman-- we would absolutely stay again :)

My stay was wonderful! From the beginning I felt very welcome by the whole team, especially by Bem. She was super friendly and helped me a lot. I would recommend this hotel, it was beautiful!

Je mets rarement 10/10 mais quand c'est parfait, il n y a rien à rajouter. - L'hôtel est parfaitement bien placé. Le personnel a été : souriant, professionnel, et respectueux. Le service voiturier, les femmes de ménages, les serveurs, les réceptionnistes, en cuisine (restaurants, petits déjeuner et room service) : tout était parfait. Mentions spéciales : BIA KAE/ MICKY / BENN ANTON et autres !! - Excellents services : plages, restaurants, piscine... Mes félicitations!!! Au plaisir de vous retrouver lors d'une prochaine saison. The restaurant was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. A special thank you to Khun Kae, Khun Pla, and Khun Ya Yee for their exceptional hospitality. Their warm smiles and attentive service made our dining experience truly memorable.

The resort was perfect. The staff went over and beyond. Micky was great and the romantic dinner was 5 star. Mr bean was great. Want a happy wife do the romantic dinner. Happy wife happy life.

I am officially the laziest reviewer on Earth—I usually don’t write reviews unless something goes horribly wrong, or, in this rare case, horribly RIGHT. Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort completely ruined my streak of silence because they are simply too good. I’ve traveled to over a dozen countries in the past few years, so I like to think I’ve seen it all. Yet, this place easily swiped a spot in my all-time Top 3 worldwide. The secret sauce here is definitely the staff. They treat you like a human being, not just a room number. Instead of hitting you with rigid, robotic corporate policies, they solve everything with a genuine, flexible, and hilarious-how-easy-they-make-it human touch. They basically upgraded my Phuket holiday from "great" to "legendary." Two people specifically ruined my plan of being an anonymous guest because they were just too outstanding: 1. Jane at the Front Desk 2. Packy, the Duty Manager These two are absolute rockstars. Professionals at heart, but with a warmth that makes you feel like you've known them for years. Thank you both for such a memorable stay! If you are coming to Phuket, just stay here. Trust me. You’ll end up like me—typing away on your phone just to tell the world how awesome they are.
