"Truly a memorable experience"

We booked here to celebrate my son's 2nd year birthday. Everything was very professionally handled. We were warmly welcomed by the staff upon arrival and check-in was really smooth. Thanks to Khun Micky, Khun JB and to Khun Fiw. It felt like paradise staying here! My son also loved playing with them. I would also like to thank the fellow filipino at the pool area, he was very helpful in directing us to where to get towels and to call him if we needed anything. I'd like to properly thank him but i forgot to ask for his name. All in all, I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN! My family and I love everything about this place, especially the friendliness of the whole team from every department we've visited during our stay. Perfect, it was perfect. Words can't describe it enough.

المنتجع جميل للغاية منذ الأستقبال كان هناك مرونه وسرعة في التسجيل ( أخص هنا بالشكر بلقيس في خدمة الإستقبال ) تم ترقية الغرفة الى فيلا ولكن مقابل مبلغ مالي الفيلا نظيفة وموقعها جميل والاطلالة تفتح النفس وبها بركة سباحة وحوض داخلي المرافق جميلة جدا والمنتجع فيه فعاليات الكيدز كلوب رهيب والموظفين يهتموا بالطفل ( كل الشكر ل leena ) الموظفين متعاونين والابتسامة ما ترافقهم

موقعه بعيد عن اسواق بوكيت ( انت اذا جاي للاسترخاء او رحلة زوجين فالمكان فوق المناسب ) اذا تحب فعاليات واسواق ممكن ما يناسبك المكان بوفيه الافطار ما فيه كثير تنوع بس حلو بشكل عام خدمة in room dinning ما بالمستوى لا يوجد في الشرفة اضاءة في الليل فقط ضعيفة جدا بعيدا عن هذا المنتجع ولا غلطة

Staff were super lovely 😊. Pools were all awesome with plenty of activities for everyone.

I had some issues at the spa but the manager was very professional about it and refunded a portion of the service.
