Customer service was great and everyone was very friendly. No issues with check in or check out.

The cleanliness of the room. We pulled back the cushions on the couch for the pull out and you could clearly see that it had not been cleaned for awhile. The pictures on the booking site were deceiving. The rooms were not as clean as I was expecting. Looked more like a quick clean rather than a thorough clean. A lot of the trash cans around the place were overflowing and you had no choice to either keep your trash or add to the trash mountain.

All the amenities was very clean and working and proper condition and the staff was amazing we never had to ask for anything the breakfast is fantastic it is on point thank you very much God bless y'all

Very clean, great breakfast with a good variety of food. Coffee (bold variety ) was good. Great water pressure in the shower and weary quiet. Pool was very clean and there were pool floats and toys provided for kids. Best pool we've seen in a while very clean. Ice machine was near our room and quiet. We had a handicap accessible room which was much appreciated since our daughter has cerebral palsy.

Great customer service. The workers were all kind. Breakfast was great! Lots of options and it was clean. Only thing I did not like was the smell of the room- smelled like cleaning supplies the whole time I was there and it was pretty hard on me because I’m currently pregnant and super sensitive to smell. Front desk was not able to do anything about it but the lady who checked us in went above and beyond to try to make our stay as best as it could be. Thank you!
