Springhill Suites by Marriott Moore

Just old and dirty. Hair all over, floor had not been vacuumed. Very unclean. Not what we are used to from this chain

Breakfast was good! Rooms were clean

Front desk clerk gave us a perfect room where we were able to see the fireworks.

Very nice lobby and rooms for the price! And very nice staff!

You can’t get more than a couple nights we would of liked to stay a week 😭

The door between our room and the connecting room did not lock on our side, not sure about theirs. The air conditioning was so loud it wasn’t possible to sleep with it on. The room was also situated so when the air was on, it blew right in your face. The side edge of the bed was about 4 ft from the AC unit. There were sliding doors on the restroom and the room with the toilet had the veneer pulling off the edge of the door, from people trying to pull it open because the handle was ineffective. The mattress on the bed was so thin you could literally feel the wire around the edge of the bed. Several of the light fixtures did not work. One of the directional lights in the headboard didn’t work and just spun around when I tried to direct it to something. A large American cockroach ran across the floor during breakfast. Another customer stepped on it, to kill it. When we went to check out, there was no one at the desk. We waited, but no one showed up.

I’m a medic here for travel, I had one request because I knew the hotel was lit up at night like it was noon, not to have a 1st floor room. I put the request in and they never looked at it. This is as finals week for the thunder and this hotel ruined it. This hotel obviously cares not about its customers and will ruin their vacation weekend or even if your here to work, I just wanted to sleep and that was impossible, o and housekeeping never came by also.

Staff was amazing, even called shortly after getting to our room to make sure everything good.
