Springhill Suites by Marriott Moore

It's an older hotel. It's not the first older hotel I have stayed in but this one has been one of the most unpleasant ones. Tv not working, had very few channels with service. Restroom was pretty ran down. Mini fridge woukd not keep food cold. Staff at checkin was not friendly. Both ladies I dealt with acted like they didn't want to be there. There is a

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Moore was definitely a favorite place to stay while visiting the city! Loved how clean this place was, friendly staff members, delicious breakfast & great location!

Nothing special to brag about

Microwave had food on it and place needed dusting. They let two kid soccers teams stay and had the elevator packed with kids jumping and banging on elevator and it barely worked after. Had to use stairs each time. Pizza up and down hallway and stairs on the floor. Pool was only big enough for 5 people maybe. Kids running up and down hallways till midnight. Beds so hard I would have gotten better sleep in my car.

Nice, clean hotel. Accessible to multiple restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again!

3 hotels next to each other in the area and this one was a little more expensive. We were expecting more compare to other two near by. We were greeted by a very rude and poor trained front desk lady. Bathroom glass door about to fall down, sunken mattress . Hotel was clean.

Went to check in at 2:15 and was told check in is not until 3 pm. I now the standard. Wasn’t sold out. Just stayed in 3 other hotels in the region with no issue. The lady said well we can make an exception this time

The place was very clean and nice, but you could tell it was a little worn and dated. However, I did hear someone say it’s supposed to get a remodel next year! I hope that true. Other than that; staff was friendly, the breakfast was fully stocked, and the room was large. We had a good time.
