Springhill Suites by Marriott Moore

Staff great. Very clean. Nice rooms. Hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep on. The ONLY bread option at breakfast was a loaf of stale bread. Sad because I really liked everything else.

Wet food option compared to some of the other choices

The Hotel had bed bugs and urine on the mattresses. We went to two different rooms and both were disgusting. The first room had urine and possibly blood all over the mattress, they moved us rooms. We decided to leave after we saw the second room had bed bugs in the sheets. We reached out to the hotel and to hotels.com for a refund and we still have not been refunded.

The room we were in had a lumpy bed and the couch bed had roach droppings!!!

Very clean and comfortable with close access to food and the freeway. Easy in and out with a secure parking lot which can be seen easily from the room.

The pictures are nice on the website. The room #316 appears nice but there was popcorn & chips on the floor. There was mold on parts of the wall. Pieces of that wall falling off inside & outside the shower area. The fridge needed cleaning. The only countertops cleaned were in the bathroom. The worst part was the bed. It was stiff, worn, lumpy & in some places you could feel the springs. The staff is good & mildly helpful.

This hotel is solid choice in the Oklahoma City area. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The front desk was friendly. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The breakfast was solid and warm. I would recommend this location to stay at.

Very basic hotel but not a gross one, room had visible age with broken doors on the bathroom. It also has sliding doors to a bathroom which is uncomfortable for those in the bed directly across the glass door lol. Otherwise clean and as advertised, lobby was in better condition than the room with a clean and normal breakfast. Pool was so small it shouldn’t really even be there

The check in was easy and they were very polite.
