Springhill Suites by Marriott Moore

Great location. I didnt like the low flow toilets and transparent pocket doors for the bathrooms. Other than that the place was great and would definitely stay again.

Size and layout of rooms is why we booked. Location was also fine.

Property shows wear and need of updating or renovating. Stained furniture, worn carpet, HVAC issue, bathroom door problem, keys continually having to be reprogrammed to get in the room, etc. Could not get hot water in one of the showers and found out handle was backwards, blue = hot and red = cold (could have burned one of the kids) - this was some of the trouble. For overall condition, property not as presented in pictures.

That the room was very spacious and that our shower and toilet was in two different areas of room

The bed wasn’t all that maybe because I’m so use to the one at home but it wasn’t bad

Property needs attention. Lots of damaged fixtures, doors dont close and "frosted windows" on bathroom doors not frosted in areas.Not a value. King suite.

All very nice

It was clean, and the Ladies up front were very helpful.

It smelled horrible in our room and it does not look like the pictures. Very disappointed.
