櫃檯員工都非常親切，說明設施及服務時非常清楚仔細，另外，位於九樓的餐廳位置非常良好，一覽湖景令人放鬆舒適，餐廳外場人員熱情、有元氣，早上看見他的笑容，也讓人覺得恢復了元氣，非常感謝，太晚入住沒能去泡湯非常可惜，希望下次還有機會再拜訪。
