The location is great, right by the beach. Perfect if you want to be away from the noise and hustle of happening areas in Samui. The rooms are spacious and the pools are massive. The food is also great and not that expensive. The staff is kind and courteous. They have kayaking and some other activities, which sadly we weren't able to enjoy because of timings and weather.

At times I felt there was not enough staff considering the size of the property, maybe because it was an off season and not many guests. A lot of areas, you couldn't find anyone then you had to trod back to the reception to get someone, though they were very helpful it was a task. The location is a bit too remote. There are no stores/restaurants within walking distance and the surroundings aren't well lit to even think of a walk after dark. You definitely need to rent a vehicle if you wish to go outside the resort.

At first the room given was smelly . The pillows and sheets are not clean. Luckily the front desk agent who checked us in helped us to have a room move. I didnt get his name but he is so helpful and good in communicating as most of the team cannot understand us. Thanks to him we didnt check out coz we are planning to move to another hotel. Also I would like to thank the chefs in breakfast. Especially Jeshan who makes our morning start with positive energy. Thank you for cooking our eggs the way we want it and giving us that warm welcome everytime we go for breakfast.

The washroom is not properly cleaned, the toilet bowl has some black spot which means its not being brushed. The bed is squeaking which means the hotel need to have some furniture refurbishment

I had an amazing stay here with my fiancée and another couple the island as a whole is one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. Staff were excellent and very respectful any issue or assistance we needed they were there to help, obviously as it’s a secluded hotel with nature all around you for the off bit of debris in the pool but they cleaned it often and THE POOL WAS NOT DIRTY. Any Karen’s on here complaining about this hotel don’t have a clue don’t listen to them. I’ve had one of the best experiences of my life here. Only thing that’s slightly annoying is always having to get a grab but not a major issue TUKTUKS are fun for coming back to resort also BERYLS BAR which is with walking distance is amazing, there’s a good few stray dogs and cats that are on the island but all friendly and treated very well by locals. You’d be mental not to visit
