The staff were incredibly attentive and fast to deal with any issue (not big issue, just WiFi problem). The hotel was very luxe, and we were very surprised to be upgraded to a room with pool access. The pool was amazing and they have a beach with sunset views. The room was so gorgeous with a walk in tub ! We loved our stay there so much. You can also rent a moped from reception which is handy- the hotel is on a quiet side of the island which is beneficial however you will need a moped to get around as it's so big.

We didn't really enjoy the fancier restaurant as it was very expensive, with tiny portions. The pub is much tastier in our opinion and better portions.

Hotel is run down ,most facility's are not open, furnishings are old and tired. Inexperienced staff ,pool are in need of refurbishment, overall very disappointing

Schöne Anlage, top Frühstück. Besser als in manchen 5 Sterne Häusern

Strandhandtücher wurden im Zimmer entfernt und nie nachgeliefert. Man musste immer bei der Rezeption nachfragen - aber nicht tragisch

eigenlijk niks.

Het zwembad was vies groen, ontbijt was zeer mager, hotel was afgeleefd en gedateerd. Het resort was erg afgelegen van het eerste de beste stad/dorp waarbij alles ook nog is om 21:30 dicht ging. Zee was vol met rotsen en stenen en op de dag afgaand water en stonk behoorlijk. We zijn eerder vertrokken dan dat de bedoeling was
