Ich hatte eine Pool Villa leider wurde dieser 2 Tage gereinigt und war eher nicht nutzbar. Es war 2 Tage keiner im Pool

Nice spacious rooms and decent breakfast buffet.

Looked like a hotel from the 90's that had been worn out and little fixing to keep it upright. In the 90's it must've been the place to be, but now it's just an old remain of what had been. Very sad to see.

Absolutely gorgeous grounds, amazing pool, friendly and attentive staff and great room.

Towels weren’t refreshed daily which was a shame, same bedding during our stay and would have preferred it to be all inclusive for the price we paid. Also, a shame it’s not an adult only resort. Given that, it hasn’t put us off staying again if we are in Koh Samui in the future.

On arrival it looked dirty at entrance , steps up to reception were not attractive at all , seems no one sweeps them and keeps them clean , which is bad because that is straight away your first impression, reception staff were lovely though , we walked round grounds and very disappointed at how dirty all the pools were , obviously we never went in them , the beach was an even bigger disappointment all lined with horrible stuff on edge , the bar area by the beach was depressingly neglected, tables & chairs not put in a tidy manner, so obviously didn’t use again. Room was surprisingly nice , clean & comfortable huge bed , room was large with a lovely large balcony overlooking a swimming pool, very quiet,everything in bathroom you needed, breakfast had plenty to offer , egg man was brilliant 10 out of 10 always had a smile and made lovely omelette! Didn’t eat dinner here so can’t comment on that as we found “ Beryls “ just a short walk down road & his food cooked fresh by his lovely wife was awesome!

המקום בתקופת שיבוצים שהורגשו היטב בזמן השהות שלנו החל משיפוצים שנעשו בחזית החדר ומאחוריו, כך שמצאנו את עצמנו מרבית הזמן מחוץ לחדר כדי לא לספוג את הרעש וגם בסביבת הבריכה עשו שיפוצים ככה שהחוויה לא הייתה מזינה לשהות. המלון עצמו ציוד ומצריך שיפוץ רחב , ניכר שהחדר כושר מפורק, חלל החדר עם כתמים של מייקאפ ומצריך התחדשות של רהיטים. ארוחת הבוקר לא מציעה מספר אפשרויות למי שצמחוני
