Rooms were large

Dirty pool, dirty shower / broken shower. They closed the bar at 9 pm and even showed me it on their published website which clearly states drinks served until 10pm food service stops actually stops at 8.30pm. Polite reception staff but there is zero management, at 9.15 am had to ask for breakfast to be topped up plates , cutlery beans ( tipped cold from can into warmer with zero heat right in front of me. Access to pool access room was via a rickety wooden bridge over the pool with no handrail and poorly lit. We only stayed 18 hours we complained and left.

Depending on where you look, this hotel is rated 4/5 star. It’s nowhere even close. We were due to stay for 9 nights booked through a reputable tour operator. We encountered the following : - nauseating smell of damp in the room - numerous black mould spores in the toilet and shower areas - poorly cleaned surfaces and sanitaryware - mattress of such poor quality it was not usable - used underwear from a previous guest found in a drawer - fixtures falling off the walls - swimming pools untreated, unfiltered, not pumped, resulting in the water being green. Completely unusable - toilets in public spaces unusable due to no/little regular cleaning (for example the male toilet near the 'swimming' pool could not be used due to the toilet and floor being covered in urine) - No senior management presence - Disinterested staff glued to their phones. We arrived around 20:00, and by 10:00 the following day we were arranging alternate accomodation so had left within 24 hours of arriving - it’s that bad. Fortunately, we managed to get the cost of the unused nights refunded by our tour operator, who are now looking into whether they should continue to offer this hotel. This hotel presents a physical health risk to its guests and should be avoided.

Die Lage des Hotel ist einmalig! Ein wunderschöner Strand, eine ruhige Umgebung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, egal ob an Rezeption, Zimmerreinigung oder am Frühstücksbuffet. Das Essen war sehr lecker und vielfältig und die thailändische Küche wurde authentisch präsentiert. Der private Strand mit den Liegen unter den Palmen war toll, wir konnten mit unserem Baby dort eine tolle Zeit verbringen. Das Hotelzimmer war schön groß, ansprechend und sauber. Das Fitnessstudio war gut ausgestattet.

Leider gibt es ein paar Sachen, die uns etwas gestört haben: Die Klimaanlage hatte einen Luftschacht direkt über dem Bett, man fühlte sich, als stünde man in einem Windkanal. Es zog sehr unangenehm. Selbst, wenn man die Temperatur auf 26,27 Grad stellte. Hätte ich die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet, wären wir geschmolzen und von Mücken zerstochen worden. Die Viecher kamen überall durch und haben uns nachts halb aufgefressen. Beim Bett hätte ich mir eine vernünftige Matratze gewünscht. Es wurde auf eine alte Matratze 2 Decken gelegt, die dann bezogen waren. Nachts hat der Wasserabfluss ganz furchtbar gestunken. Das ist an sich nicht problematisch, auch wenn’s nicht schön ist. Allerdings hätte ich an deren Stelle ätherische Öle aufgestellt um ein angenehmes Raumklima zu erzeugen. Alles in allem viele kleine Sachen, die in Summe schon ein wenig störend waren.

The room and the interior design was very nice.

The fact that restaurant and bar at the beach were closing early. Also a lot of details needed attention for example during breakfast, cutlery, plates and glasses were running out and you would need to wait a new batch coming. The bed was big and very comfortable however they put tick blankets on top and on the mattress which make you sweat a lot even with AC on all night. We had a bath tube that we wanted to use but water was not coming anymore to fill it up on a good water level. Overall was a nice stay but these little details can be voided.
