Paresa Resort Phuket

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in my life. Incredible service, beautiful views and stunning rooms. The food is also delicious. Can't fault our experience here honestly, it was absolutely worth it.

This resort is truly the closest thing to perfect hospitality. The service was exceptional in every sense—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The people were incredibly kind, making us feel welcome from the very first moment,we were welcomed by the sweetest person -Pinky ❤️. The food was wonderful, beautifully prepared, and consistently delicious. Our villa was absolutely gorgeous—stylish, comfortable, and perfectly designed for relaxation. A special thank you to the amazing team driving the golf carts(especially Udi!!!), who were always friendly, helpful, and made getting around the resort such a pleasure. Every moment felt special, and the entire experience was simply beautiful. A truly outstanding resort that we will always remember and can’t wait to return.

The room, the bathroom, the view, are amazing

The restaurant was hot as expected, they didn’t pay attention to orders, sometimes they brought different food. The food was good, but they were not organised properly

الفندق معزول جدًا وصعب الدخول والخروج منه، وسيارات الجولف ليست متوفرة دائمًا ولا يوجد بديل للتنقل، مما جعل الحركة مزعجة خصوصًا مع الأطفال. واجهنا كذلك مشكلة كبيرة مع الحشرات داخل الغرفة، حيث وجدنا حشرات بيضاء صغيرة في ركن الملابس بالإضافة إلى نمل وبعوض وحتى سحالي. كما أن حوض السباحة لا يوفر خصوصية. في يوم إقامتنا كان الطعام المتاح فقط هو الأكل التايلاندي، وهو غير مناسب لنا أو للأطفال. تأخر تسجيل الدخول حوالي ساعتين بين الانتظار والتنقل من اللوبي، كما تم الاتصال بنا وقت الخروج بشكل متكرر بعد الساعة 12:05 رغم طلبنا مهلة بسبب التأخير السابق، وهذا كان مزعجًا خاصة مع وجود طفلين. التلفزيون قديم وصغير وغير ذكي، والواي فاي ضعيف جدًا، وهذا لا يناسب فندق خمس نجوم The hotel is very isolated and it is difficult to go in and out. Golf carts are not always available and there is no alternative transportation, which was inconvenient especially with children. We also had serious issues with insects inside the room, including small white bugs in the wardrobe area, ants, mosquitoes, and even lizards. The swimming pool also lacks privacy. On the day of our stay, only Thai food was available, which was not suitable for us or our children. Check-in was delayed for almost two hours including transportation to the room, and during checkout we received repeated calls shortly after 12:05 even though we asked for a short extension due to the earlier delay. This was stressful with two young children. The TV is old and small and not a smart TV, and the Wi-Fi is very weak, which is not what you expect from a 5-star hotel.
