Breakfast amazing, privacy exceptional. Service excellent

This hotel was fantastic. The villas are so beautifully designed and the views from the balcony are stunning. Its a very chilled and relaxed hotel so not ideal for anyone who likes to party. Housekeeping came twice a day and were very friendly and helpful. There is a WhatsApp chat with the reception staff so if you need anything or have any questions, they reply almost instantly. Customer service was fantastic, especially Pinky who works in the restaurant in the morning. Food was delicious Main pool was beautiful General manager is very friendly and would come and speak to us in the restaurant. Great selection of wine Free shuttle to Kamala

We absolutely loved our stay but it would have been nice for some live entertainment in the evening.

First of all, I'm a travel agent and I've been to plenty of 5-star resorts.. I loved my stay so much!! There was staff that greeted us, waiting outside, when we arrived. We received welcome drinks. Check-in was smooth and quick, which is a big deal after traveling 30 long hours and wanting to get to your room as soon as possible. We were in and out of the room multiple times a day and EVERY TIME we left, we came back to a refreshed room (bed made, more water bottles, bathroom restocked, old towels removed and new was placed) – as we know, you typically only get your room cleaned once a day. The breakfast is included and I hadn't even remembered that feature. Then, to our surprise, the breakfast was insanely good. 100/10!!! Any time we asked the staff for anything, they responded and helped quickly. Our room was HUGE and just overall breathtaking. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and it certainly wasn't enough time to enjoy all of the amenities in our room or on the property. We didn't get a massage in the room because it was too expensive, but we did enjoy the tub, infinity pool, and steam room. This reivew is getting too long, and that's the only reason I'm going to cut my rant short, but I've very much in love with this place.

The ONLY downside (and this is me forcing myself to come up with one) is that we had to climb 2-3 flights of stairs to get from our room to the lobby – there's no way around it for the room type we had (open style wash room spa). There is a small hill that we had to climb to get to the stairs, but that was by choice because they do offer golf carts – we just never felt like waiting.

Had a lovely experience here. The dessert was beautifully presented and delicious. The view was breathtaking as well. Big compliments to Bee for the warm and attentive service; she made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

I truly enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness and level of service were exceptional. The hotel is very peaceful and ideal for relaxation and unwinding. The sea view was magnificent, offering a truly breathtaking and memorable experience.

The location is quite remote, with no nearby shops or restaurants within walking distance. The nearest area requires about a 10-minute drive. Additionally, the restaurant and the spa are quite expensive.

الموظفيين يهبلون وبشوشينن حييل حبيت تعاملهم وسريعين بالخدمه واكلهم المطعم حلوو واجواءه حلوه واطلالته تغنيكم عم اطلالات بوكيت والمكان سهل توصل له بالسياره يعني طريق مرتب وهادىء ومريح جداً مافيه ازعاج واذا فيه وزغ واصواته سيدع يستجيبون للصوت ويبعدون عنكم بدون لاتبلغونهم حريصين حيل ويعطون للبعوض والحشرات❤️

الفطور كان محدود جداً مو بمستوى فخامه المكان ، اللوبي والمطعم مراوح يعني وقت الحر مايصلح ، لازم تنتبهون للفله انا مالتي كلش ماكو خصوصيه🥲مو بس الاطلاله حتى الحمام اكرمكم الله مفتوح! عالطبيعه ! ولانه خارج الغرفه والمشكله انه بدون باب بعد يعني الخصوصيه فيه معدومه وموحش بليل وهم الوزغ يدش الحمام رعب صراحه ما انصح للي يبي خصوصيه ( فله الطراز المفتوح ) بحط صور له.
