Viola Palace Hotel

Whatever deficiencies you may find in a hotel can almost always be dispelled when the welcome and attention that you receive from the staff is good. There are few deficiencies here and the staff were delightful. They organised a room for our tour group to hold an evening service and they seated us in a private dining room for dinner while buzzing around attentively to ensure that we were well fed and watered. The hotel isn't in the best location, having a motorway against the rear but everyone slept well and for our one night stopover before the ferry crossing from Messina it was ideal. Our room was big enough for comfort as was the bathroom. The hot water tends to fluctuate, but as I remarked, such things don't matter when you feel so welcomed.

Very pleasant hotel experience, friendly staff , comfortable room, very good evening meal, continental breakfast(nothing cooked), big car park at back.hotel manager very courteous and helpful.this was a pleasing welcome to jury holidy in Sicily

As others have said, easily reached from with Palermo or Catania and close to main road junction. Easy English to get to Milazzo for ferries so very handy. A good welcome as always, cold beer and a great meal in the attached Agave restaurant. We keep coming back.

The hotel is not spectacular but a good place to stop if you want to catch the ferry the next morning but do not want to be right in Messina. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. Good parking (especially for Sicily).

Viola Palace Hotel is ideally situated close to the highway, close to the sea, close to conveniences (supermarket and ice cream shop :) The food is of excellent quality and would be highly recommended. The staff will go out of their way to help and the service is exceptional and friendly. Rooms are spacious and have all the amenities necessary.

Clean hotel and very friendly personal, but a very poor breakfast.The hotel is a 4 floors with a lift. Every day the rooms is a cleaned.On the breakfast have a very good coffee , but have not a eggs and a vegetables.

Super hotel, nice people ,super restaurant l' agave and Chef crazy! 😄😄😄location excelent near with motorway , room clean, personal hotel nice and hospitalier , everyday change everthing in the room , Super!!!

recentemente ho usufruito della struttura, per avere un punto di appoggio abbastanza centrato fra località come Milazzo, Messina e Taormina. struttura molto elegante e confortevole, estremamente pulita e con personale davvero cortese e professionale. Pur essendo vicino all'autostrada, le camere sono ben insonorizzate ed arredate con gusto e modernità. lo consiglio a chiunque desideri uan struttura affidabile con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and in restaurant

Ottimo Hotel con posizione perfetta, a pochi metri dall'uscita dell'autostrada. Le camere perfette, spaziose, pulite, nuove, con ottime lenzuola, insonorizzate quindi silenziose con tutti i comfort. Personale gentilissimo che ci ha aiutato in tutte le richieste che abbiamo fatto. Colazione con torte e dolci eccezionali.
