"Very nice, clean hotel with pleasant staff."

Okay. No bread avail for gluten intolerant.

Need a folding chair in laundry room since guest isn’t suppose to leave clothes unattended. Continually had trouble with room key. Desk attendant on last morning suggested batteries in door lock may need replacing. ???? For three days had been having trouble with it.

Hotel was clean and very quiet.

Over priced. We went down our first morning to get coffee and were told that "it comes with breakfast". They had a coffee station set up in the lobby but no coffee. Guess what...breakfast is your standard hotel buffet but it costs $15 pp. Seriously, they can't provide free coffee for the price of the room? We were without a car and the neighborhood is entirely industrial. No place you can walk to.
