I dislike when staff fish for tips and ask me if I want change. The wait staff at breakfast was very slow and never brought me my change. It was $4 so no big deal but it just was a slight blemish on an otherwise almost perfect stay

How clean the room was, the check in staff.

When I asked for extra towels it arrived an hour later when I was already in bed. When I went to answer the door the guy was walking into the elevator and the clean towels were left on the dirty carpet infront of the door.

love the microwave fridge coffee maker. snacks sold in lobby( even microwavable) were convenient. Customer service was excellent and very detailed in answering questions. love the shuttle service really love the good quality toiletries provided the room was beautiful clean and comfortable

a menu for room service was not available and no bible
