Pine Ridge Inn

It was a beautiful hotel. We love that a deer came up to our door and it was so close to everywhere we need to go.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The only issue we had was we asked for maid service and they didn’t show up up until almost 4 and we told her to come back tomorrow and put our sign on the door and she didn’t come so the next morning I got up and went to the front door desk and they had told them that we kept telling her no service. It was resolved and was cleaned tho.

I had a river view room but there were leaks in the ceiling during a thunderstorm. I reported it and was moved to a room without a view.

I was offered a bottle of wine or some lotion for the inconvenience but wasn't given either. The front desk person suggested I might get some money back but I did not hear from management.

The convenience of being able to walk to the amphitheater in about 20 minutes. The size of the room and the patio overlooking the river

We really liked how close it was to the Deshutes River Trail which we walked every day. It was only a 6 min drive to town. Our suite was very large and comfortable and had a nice balcony.

Our room could use some updating but it wasn’t a big deal.

Great location, quiet neighborhood but you will need a car. It's a nice size room-we didn't get the room with a view. Breakfast hours could be extended instead of 7-9am, especially for weekends.

This is my favorite place to stay in Bend and I will keep coming back. :) The view of the sunrise over the river from my room was gorgeous.

Nothing could gave been better.
