Decorated so nice for Christmas! Big room! Comfortable bed, nice soap and shampoo!

I would have given a 10 but when we pulled out the hide a bed there was cereal stuck to the bottom of the mattress and it wasn’t very clean, some stains. More options for breakfast

"Best place in bend by far"

I love staying here the rooms are spacious and clean it feels more like a small apartment than a hotel room The staff is great. We asked for a Christmas tree to decorate in the room since we were visiting my daughter for Christmas and they happily provided one with lights.! It was a really good visit all around

We did get locked out one night when the key card stopped working and had to call for assistance but they came right away and let us in and gave us new cards.

"A lovely time - hiking each day and then "home" to a welcoming base. A special thx to Jenny & Tammy."

A very comfortable and attractive room, We received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a fireplace overlooking the river - gorgeous. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional.

The bath is a little deep under the shower - anyone with balance or mobility issues might have difficulty but there is a good handrail which everyone should probably use.

The place was quiet. Amazing staff and near the Deschutes river.

No staff in the evening past 9pm. One night my room key didn't work so I got stuck outside for an hour before security was able to get me inside the lobby. Once inside the lobby, security had trouble getting access to my room. Finally I was able to get in around 20 minutes later.
