Pine Ridge Inn

I've stayed here several times before and will definitely stay here again. I love the rooms and the location. It's a cozy and comfortable spot to stay in Bend. Highly recommend!

I've stayed at this Inn many times over the years and have always thought it was a comfy, cozy place to stay. The location is great-close to town but in the trees and above the Deschutes so it felt quiet and peaceful.

The Inn is getting old and the big issue for me was the difficulty in getting hot water for a shower. The staff said the boiler is over 30 years old and the owners aren't putting anything into the building since they plan on demolishing the place next year and building a huge complex of shops, restaurants, rooms, etc. on the property. SAD! It seems that Bend has just been over run with huge hotel/motel complexes/shops/etc and has changed the character of the area. It's not a go-to place for me so much anymore.

Location was good for walkable access to the Old Mill District and River Walk. Felt safe and was dog-friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the jet tub. Nice to have a balcony.

The room lighting was a little off - too dark or too light. Furnishings were a bit dated and rough. Room was smaller than the online images indicated.

Absolutely beautiful property--small and intimate like a quaint inn but yet close to wonderful food options and city activities. The holiday decor was just like in a Hallmark movie!

The room was very nice.

The spa tub was of no use because there was very little hot water. We would turn on only the hot water for the shower or tub and it would be warm only without any cold water added. The room had only two paper coffee cups- no cups for the bathroom sinks. The staff was pleasant but the office is not open or staffed in the evenings. I left a message once but never received a call back. We have stayed at PRI several times and were very impressed and worth the price but this time we were very disappointed. It was not worth the cost.
