The whole staff experience from check in to daily interactions was wonderful. Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet.

Breakfast was just OK. What we had was good, just not much selection. It was sufficient for our needs and the breakfast room was sunny and cozy.

What an unexpected delight! Tammy called me to let me know my room would be ready for me if i wanted to arrive earlier than the check in time. When i arrived, i was greeted by a sweet lady at the front desk. My room was so inviting with the fireplace on and jazz misic on the tv. The bed was sooooo comfortable! The toiletries in the bathroom were so nice! The brand they brought in is great! I loved the lotion so much i had to get some to take with me! Breakfast was also great! A simple but delicious continental breakfast with a spinach and cheese egg bite, yogurt with house made berry compote, treats from a local bakery, among other things. Each staff member i encountered was kind and intent on ensuring their guests felt welcomed and comfortable. The property is situated above the deschutes river and i enjoyed the view from the dining room. The last little treat was a dear that came to the lawn in front of my patio! Next time i come to Bend, I'm definitely coming back to this property!
