"Horrible, Dirty, Rude, Smelly"

I really didn’t like anything about the property. The people that worked there were rude. It was dirty. It smelted horrible inside. I think they used the cheapest cleaners that they could find because it stunk.

The employees were horrible. My mom has alpha gal and when she questioned some ingredients in the breakfast the employees were rude to her. Made fun of her and made her cry. It’s hard enough that she has to live with it. But having a hotel make fun of her and laugh at her and make her feel worse is horrible. I will never stay at another Best Western.
