I like the location being OFF the main road

Very pleasant hotel in a nice neighbourhood.

Great location. Walking distance from parks, restaurants, the Opera house, downtown and shopping. The hotel staff is marvelous and attentive. And you can't beat the price.

Nice friendly hotel. Warm and accommodating staff, they even remember my birthday. Complementary breakfast was much better than just continental style and the breakfast staff was fast efficient and truly friendly. Great !

A great boutique hotel with and excellent staff. If this were in NY or London you would expect to pay $250 a night minimum. The staff were extremely helpful, most spoke English and were glad to do it. I will stay again as will others from my company when they visit.

The staff was great, the room was okay but not fantastic. For the price, it was good but I would have rather pay a few bucks more and stayed at the Gostini Dior.

Stayed in the hotel for almost a week- food and service by the hotel staff was excellent. Best hotel that I've stayed at in the country. Premium service for a good price. Will definitely stay there again if given the opportunity.

the hotel was great. most everyone spoke some English and they made every effort that i was comfortable. even the food... if i wanted something off the menu, not a problem! and the food was great as well. also, if i put the 'do not disturb' sign out and took it down in the evening, when i got back at night, the room was clean! great staff great food... i loved the stay.

Finally an indication that Ukraine Hospitality training and education is making a difference. All personal were frinedly and helpful and engaging unlike many many places I have been to in over 30 separate visits to Ukraine, where the majority of time you are treated as either an annoyance or invisible! Things are changing and if I have to stay in Kharkov, this has now become my Hotel of choice! I have had several meals at different times in the restaurant on the 2 nd floor and each time a delight. Breakfast is one of the best buffets with choices for addtional eggs cooked, omelets, etc and the staff is happy (unusual) and very friendly.
