Perfect location

I was in Kharkiv for a conference and this was a perfect base. Close to the centre and facilities, with good food and friendly staff, this was ideal for my needs. In addition it was affordable - not too expensive and well worth it. I didn't make use of the facilities beyond the bar, and the basics of room service, and had breakfast there. The breakfast was excellent, eggs cooked to order and a good selection of other foods (though for my taste there could have been more fresh fruit). The bar staff were very helpful and for example provided us with ice and glasses for our champagne in the room.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were roomy and the staff was great. English speaking and very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for someone looking for comfort without breaking the bank.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and I'll return each time I visit Kharkiv. It's difficult to describe in detail how well-managed and maintained this hotel is. The staff is extraordinary and will take care of any requests you have. Almost all at front desk speak very good English. The entire staff is very customer-oriented. The free breakfast is also Extraordinary in both food quality and variety. There's a small, well-equipped gym available.
