Quite a small hotel

I meed to thank to the front office team that provide me the early check in as I had request. Even I arrive early at 12:oo hrs. Also the bell man who help me delivery and bag down the luggage for us. The experience will be better if the management team focus on room care of all toom in your property also the bublic area. Once I enter to the room, omg the room was really old and seem like never get any of room care or maintenance. The room I got the Deluxe room, sizing perfect but the room was old some color painting cracked, sofa at the balcony was smelly. The pool look green like did not got clean a while. Anyway, thank staffs for thier service but environment in the area make me will not back for sure.

I stayed before, so I new what to expect. The hotel is in a quiet location - if there´s no party on the neaby small beach - and rooms are spacious. Staff is well trained and beds are comfortable.

As I already said: I stayed before, so I new what to expect. The hotel is overprized for the state its in. Rooms were clearly used for many years and the air conditioning is old and loud - at least in the rooms I stayed in. The location requires a private vehicle because Mae Pim beach and restaurant area are not within walking distance. It´s embarassing to be charged for the hotel shuttle to get there or back. Still, I like to stay at this hotel for a night because I know about the negative aspects and the small beach, the hotel is connected to, is good for taking a walk in the morning or evening. Guests need to be fit to get to the beach or some of the rooms because there are many steps to climb or walk down.

Impressed with the beautiful view more than what I paid for. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is average.

Good hotel with a peaceful location. Room was good and from the 7th floor with full seaview. High quality cleaning every day. Breakfast was good and you can select your egg dish as you wish. Quite small pool area, but always sun beds available and sun beds also available at the beach. Beach was cleaned every morning. You can use hotel shuttle or walk in beach and through the forrest to the village where are many sea food restaurant available (Recommendation to the Nongnuch Seafood restaurant).

I would not recommend this hotel/resort to anyone. It is old and crummy. Not good for family (not accommodating). There are better hotels in the area.

In a great spot. Everything works.

The room layout and design is from another era. Probably looked great on the drawings. Not terrible, just nothing where you need it.

Quiet location

Steep steps down to Pool and Beach.
