Impress with Staff to helpful with assistance, 🏊 a pool is nice and room is good view. 🥪☕️🍳Breakfast is meet to standard !! 🏖️⛱️🌊 Beach is nice and atmosphere However , a room need to touch up a lot as well the cleanliness of room and all of amenity should improve to ensure is meet to standard with claim that is Centara brand A towel that we got smell not fresh is like use a vinegar so this quite fail. I have book two room but the room but one room has lamp on bed side and TV but other room there is no any lamp ! So ensure your housekeeping or concern is make a same style to avoid a comparative ! 🥹🥹

What we did like the size of our room it was big.

The Hotel really needs to do some homework with room maintenance! room 106. There's not much engaged us for long stay. the hotel location is very quiet (private area) it would be nice if restaurant do Dine in at nighttime. (There is only on the beach that have a small area which fully mosquito) Due visit 3 night there our breakfasts were average, I recommend this hotel need to be looking at food hygiene curry's, noodle stir fry, Ham have to ensure is hot, Supervisor must be on side. I have to informed them I have diarrhoea from their curry, the staff heard me, and she just said she sorry to hear that ...I has been watching them over 20 mins it seems there not thing to be done (there wasn't communication on their own management. what's shame!

Very good service mind from hotel. I'm so relax and so happiness from this trip, such as swimming pool, clean sand and clean sea also Kayaking.

There are already many reviews about this hotel and the state it is in. In my opinion there´s clearly work and renovation to be done but the hotel - the upper main building - is in a good an clean state, the rooms all face to the sea and the view is very nice. All Staff members are - as always in Centara hotels - very friendly and well trained on their jobs. Breakfast is very good. Our room was spacious and the bed(s) very very comfortable.

The lower building on the hotel site and its sorrounding areas really needs to be renovated and he garden need to be taken care of. This then could be a four star hotel and deserve to charge higher room rates. For now it´s a good hotel which deserves more attention and investment from its owner. However, it might then be no hidden gem any more.

The staff is excellent! The front desk manager was superb.

This was our fourth visit to the Centara Q Resort. The previous 3 were fantastic. The last time we visited the hotel was pre-Covid (2019). This visit, however, was unpleasant, to say the least. We reserved a Deluxe Ocean Facing room which was 120 dollars per night. The bedsheets looked dingy and dirty. The bathroom walls are cracking. Moreover, there were geckos droppings on the walls and the balcony sofa was filthy. The only saving grace was the fantastic staff who went above and beyond to assure our stay was pleasant. If I have my facts correct, this property is owned by CENTRAL DEPARTMENT STORE. One would think they would offer a quality stay and not a nightmarish experience.

Excellent services but too bad that the hotel is quite old especially bedding such as sheets, blankets, pillowcases. They have musty smell.

It's an unusual, modern hotel in its design. If your room is on the top of the hill, it requires taking stairs to the lovely beach, which has a few beachside restaurants to choose from. There's also a shuttle bus to and from the beach--no stairs required. Professional staff who skillfully dealt with my initial discontent.
