Proximity to hospital

I stayed there earlier in the week and decided to stay again when I returned with my family over the weekend. Our room 119 was disgusting. The carpet was ripped and tacked down with a floor strip, our fridge was missing, the bedside light was dangling by wires, the bathroom door didn't shut, the toilet seat was barely attached, and the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. I'll be booking a different hotel when I return in 2 weeks.

The bed and breakfast options were good. Some things were broken in our bathroom but overall good for the rate. It is located near a smoke shop but unsure if marijuana smell was from there or fellow travelers.

Room was warm. AC unit wasn’t working properly but I think the hotel reduced the air quality because I switched rooms twice and experienced the same outcome. Bedding was stained. Not a horrible stay but there should be more attention to detail with housekeeping.
