"Stay somewhere else"

Very dated and dirty. Terrible breakfast. Warm milk for cereal. Too much furniture for the room. Had to stack furniture to use the pull out. Outlets didn’t work. You get what you paid for…maybe less.

Lighting in bathroom terrible for putting on make up, to dark and light glared, refridge in room did not run, drinks were not cold, big red stain on carpet in my room, i made note to staff it was ther when i got in room. Now for breakfast no option for someone with diabetes. No sugar free syrup for waffles, no wheat bread, but they did have low fat yogurt so that was breakfast for me.fir breakfast n

Terrible experience. We accidentally booked this hotel thinking it was a location closer to the highway (about 15 minutes from highway). We called to cancel/rebook w/in 1 minute of booking it and the front desk clerk told us they could not cancel it, but to call back and talk to manager next morning. Manager refused to cancel and is trying to charge us even though we did not go to the hotel (didn't feel safe after the conversations we had w/ front desk and very unprofessional behavior, hanging up on us, Comfort Suites customer service also called the hotel directly and that agent urged us to launch a complaint. She also launched an internal complaint based on her interactions w/ this hotel). Expedia also called the hotel to explain the situation and the manager would not cancel the reservation. VERY CONCERNING BUSINESS PRACTICE, I would never feel comfortable sleeping in this place.
