As usual, we had a wonderful stay at this property! The grounds are beautiful and the unit was extremely comfortable.

Loved having a view of the ocean from our room. Very convenient to go back and forth from room to beach and pool. Beautiful beach and facility!

The best places I have ever stayed in cape cod and I have gone many many times and have stayed at many locations. The staff were so friendly, helpful at all times. It was super clean, anytime we needed any help with anything they were always so helpful!! I would rate them 11 out of 10 they were amazing!!

I would not book at this resort again because I feel that their website as well as hotel.com pictures and description of this resort do not at all match the room where we stayed. The private beach, outdoor pool, hot tub, and grill areas were very nice. We did not use the indoor pool because we had great weather. It was nice to have free washers/dryers available. We really liked Dennosport. But beware - this resort has rooms that do not reflect what they show on their own website and also which don’t match what hotels.com has on their booking site. I had to really fight to get a $300 refund. I really feel that we deserve more but got tired of long phone calls. We never would have spent the money knowing what the unit would actually look like. I think the issue is that these are mostly timeshares so it seems that each unit is different. The kitchen in ours was dated as was the furniture. There was what looked like a kitchen island in the bedroom with a sink. Really weird. I tried to complain about our room at the front desk, but was told that they couldn’t help us because we booked through hotels.com. They said that they were not responsible for the pictures posted through the booking site. My beef is that the resort’s actual website is just as misleading. From the outside, it looks like the rooms in the front building right on the ocean are a lot newer or possibly remodeled. Rooms in the back building are lesser. The location right on the beach is amazing. The rooms are great too. The pools and hot tub were clean but the tile does need repair.

Location and the view. We loved that it is beachside and the beach is nice. We also loved the balcony.

The room was a bit small for the bed. The price was higher than expected.

The coffee maker in the room was not clean and still had some coffee in it. Otherwise it was great.
