Location was nice. Beach and pool were relaxing. Volleyball court was a nice extra. Free coffee station was good. Free laundry was good, as most hotels it is an extra cost.

Was not aware that it was a two story layout when I booked, as there was no mention in the description. Room smelled musty from upstairs carpet and/or window/ portable ac units. Pull out couch was uncomfortable. Housekeeping department was lacking, as calls for towels were either delayed in delivery or just never responded too.

Excellent place to stay, loved the pool and beach, staff very friendly and attentive. Room was very nice, clean as well. Great location as far as driving to nearby towns as well.

Great spot!! Room was very clean and great size, we had a two bedroom suite. All the pools were heated and they had chairs available for you on the beach.

Air conditioning wasn't working and carpet was very damp and wet in areas.

That we can only have one car. They called me and gave me two days notice. I paid for a two bedroom. 3 adults 3 kids. Two different families. We needed two cars. Moving one to a park n ride 12 min away was a huge inconvenience. Ruined the trip. Staff was nice. , but it would have been nice to know more then two days before.

My one bedroom was 2 stories. There was a spiral staircase to the bedroom. Never knew the unit would be two floors!!!! I was with my 84-year-old mother and she was unable to sleep up in the bedroom. Unfortunately, she had to sleep on the sofa bed on the first floor to be near the bathroom. No bathroom upstairs. The sofa bed mattress was very thin. Felt bad because I know she didn't sleep well. I was never informed about the bedroom being upstairs. They were unable to give us another room. I'm very disappointed I was not informed that there would be two stories to our one bedroom unit. We saw many ants crawling around. Each day we would see 4 to 5 ants.

Amazing property and location! Great beach and pools! Kids loved it. Front desk staff is happy, almost no one else is that works there.
