"Horrible!!!!!!"

Location

Last year we stayed there and there was a broken elevator, well when there two elevators and only one is working for our entire stay. NOT GOOD. Fast forward to this year and only one of two elevators were working. The problem is on cruise day there’s a mad rush and no one there really cares. Horrible experience and TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Not good!!!!!! Totally unhappy and definitely would NEVER RECOMMEND….

The staff were excellent, very clean, close to Disney Cruise Port, the pool & the Kiki’s restaurant great food.

Well as a “Crowne Plaza” I was surprised the room didn’t have a safety box, It was downstairs office.
