Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antonio NW near SeaWorld by IHG

Staff was friendly and helpful at the desk. They put bowls of free snacks out daily. Breakfast was decent . My bed was good. Family staying in 2 other rooms complained they could not sleep because of bad beds.

The room I was given was on the first floor ( my request). Great location- however it was not well maintained . Bathroom had two live bugs in the tub. Bathroom floor was dirty. Entry floor in room- slippery. Other guests hair on tub, around vanity top, on floor. Very dirty. I had to Lysol everything. Two queens. My bed did not have a sheet - only duvet. Housekeeping was suppose to clean. They only removed the dirty towels ( leaving 1 on the floor). They did not empty the trash, replace the empty tissue box, vacuum etc. Mold on wall in bathroom. Paint peeling off walls. Awful!

Breakfast was good - Cinnamon rolls were awesome!!

1. There were problems connecting to the hotel wifi and the front desk provided limited help. 2. House keepiing did not service our room (or knock) on our last full day. When I checked at the front desk, I was told that house keeping did not service our room because we had the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) sign posted; however, my wife and I never used or placed the DND sign on the door during our multi-day stay.

Complimentary Breakfast, swimming pool and its location to Sea World

The location to sea world was great. The location was also very close to lots of restaurants which made it easy for dining.
