Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antonio NW near SeaWorld by IHG

Location was great for what I came to San Antonio for.

Parking was not the best. I was out late both night of my stay and I had to park in the back of the hotel. Most of the parking spaces were for compact cars and I was in a truck which made it difficult to park. Only one back door available to enter hotel which was on the opposite side of the parking lot. I had to walk around to go in through the front. As for the room, the bathroom was not the cleanest. Floor was sticky and previous visitor hair all over the floor and shower.

We left money in a bag in the room house keeping was the only ones that went in and it dissappear they stole it,We let the manager know what had happened and they were yelling at us,and it was are fault for leaving it there.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good for the kids. The location was good.

When we walked into our room, it smelled like smoke. The bathroom was very dated. You can see that housekeeping had not thoroughly clean the bathroom. There was makeup stains in certain areas. The shower head was not working properly. Honestly, the entire hotel had a musty like odor.

Like the location, staff and the breakfast was good. The bed was really comfortable.

The lobby area and that first floor in general smells bad. In other hotels they usually clean your room every day. Had to go to the lobby and ask for towels and to ask if someone is going to clean my room at least once of my 6 nights stay. The bathroom sink was clogged, notified and no one came. Basically is good if you are staying for one or two nights tops.

Nothing, they had sewage issues.

The hospitality of the employees was definitely awesome but it's just an out of date property the bathroom smelled old like paint and urine other than that it was an overall good stay
