location is near the mall. The atmosphere was fire and the vibes were amazing. the rooms were so clean and tidy. the noise level on our floor was great, there werent kids crying and playing around. the service was absolutely great and i want to personally thank chef murad for his excellent service and for how kind he is, he brought cupcakes to our table even though we weren’t special guests ir anything. the amenities were placed in the room and in the bathroom and everything that we needed was there. thankyouu❤️❤️❤️

This was our fifth visit to the Holiday Inn Dead Sea, and our most special — made all the more meaningful as we depart Jordan for good. We shared this stay with two other young families, and the team handled our group with effortless grace throughout. Being greeted by name at every turn, across every department, never gets old — it's a small thing that says everything about the culture of this hotel. A suite upgrade on arrival was a wonderful acknowledgment of our loyalty, and it set the tone for what followed: attentive, thoughtful service that somehow managed to exceed even our previous experiences here. For families, this hotel is simply outstanding. The pool setup is perfect — fun and lively enough for the kids, relaxing enough for the adults — and the buffet offers a genuinely impressive variety that kept everyone happy across every meal. It's the kind of place where you arrive and immediately exhale. Over five visits it has been our go-to for exactly that mix of family fun and proper relaxation. Special mention to Anas, whose warm welcome has been a constant across all five visits over four years; Mohamad Al Zuheiri at check-in; Suleman, who looked after our car and luggage so helpfully; Rose, who served us brilliantly in the restaurant; and the housekeeping team — Raafat, Rushd, and Murad Youssef — whose care for our rooms was impeccable throughout. To everyone at the Holiday Inn Dead Sea: thank you for making our years in Jordan so much warmer. You gave us a farewell to remember.

Excellent location, food, staff, accommodations and pool. Having a private beach was excellent for that swim in the Dead Sea. Spent two days here wish it was more.

Everything was wonderful. In particular, the staff in the dinning/breakfast room were exceptional.
