We had a truly wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Hotel at the Dead Sea. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere that makes you relax from the very first moment. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well organized. We stayed in Rooms 21 and 22, and everything was perfect — the rooms were spotless, cozy, and prepared with great attention to detail. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious food at Al Deira Restaurant inside the hotel. The meals were incredibly tasty, fresh, and full of variety. The buffet offered a wide selection that satisfied everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Every meal felt special and professionally prepared. A very special thanks and appreciation goes to the chef, who truly deserves recognition for the amazing quality and variety of the food. The chef succeeded in satisfying all tastes and preferences with professionalism and creativity. They were absolutely honest when they described it as an “open buffet” — the choices were rich, generous, constantly refreshed, and exceeded our expectations. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff members were very friendly, welcoming, generous, and always smiling. Any request was handled very quickly and professionally, making us feel truly valued and comfortable during our stay. The swimming areas, relaxing atmosphere, and overall hospitality made this experience unforgettable. Everything about the hotel reflects quality, comfort, and genuine care for guests. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Dead Sea, and we are definitely looking forward to coming back again soon.
