"Central Belfast luxury"

My wife and I have just had a lovely stay in The Merchant Hotel and plan to return with friends. It's quite expensive but worth every penny, and the place to go if you want to treat yourself. First class staff, large bedroom (we chose the art deco style), and the most beautiful dining room I can recall. Brett's Bar was excellent for dinner and has a very good jazz vibe. Central location in Belfast, close to good places to go.

We stayed in The Larkin Suite which was beautiful and spacious and had a large well appointed. The hotel is very central to the CBD and the entertainment area where there were plenty of Irish Pubs to choose from.

"First class trip to Belfast. Fantastic hotel. Great location"

The hotel is excellently located for the heart of Belfast. Minutes away from the SSE arena and the Titanic exhibition. The hotel itself and service was all first class and would highly recommend a stay. They organised our day trips, valet parked our hire car and were on hand to answer all our questions. The breakfast sets you up for the day and plenty of options to eat and drink in the evening. We will be back!!

Rein gar nichts!

Grusel vom ersten Moment! Personal ist ignorant und unfreundlich! An der Rezeption bekamen wir Zimmer karte für Zimmer das schon belegt war! Haben türe zu besetzten Zimmer geöffnet ! War ein Schock! Zimmer sind völlig abgewohnt! Flecken im Bad und auf Toilette! Flecken im klapprigen Kleiderschrank! Gruselkabinett! Und ein total abgenutzer teppich überall! Parkgebühren im gegenüberliegenden parkhaus mussten wir 2x zahlen !! Die Koffer ohne Hilfe über Strasse ziehen! Dieses Hotel ist auf keinen Fall Luxus '😳

"Perfect, relaxed luxury stay."

Another outstanding stay. We popped up to celebrate a birthday and stay in our favourite hotel in Belfast and as usual it was perfect. Staff were amazing, dinner in the Cloth Ear was on point and the attention to detail and our guest experience was ever superlative. Massive thank you to GM Gavin and his phenomenal team.
