Room was clean

This hotel is like a new hotel. Very clean, all systems work well and quietly. The fan in the heating/cooling system can be set to run continuously. Staff were responsive to my request to place anniversary flowers ordered from a local florist into the room prior to our arrival. The desk clerk Shelia seemed excited to help us have a great hotel experience . She even gave us vouchers for free breakfast to celebrate our anniversary. An unusually nice hotel and great treatment by all employees we encountered. I have stayed in many Hilton/ Hampton hotels and this ranks with the very best. I highly recommend this hotel.

Easy access to interstate and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Lovely property.

It was conveniently located right off the highway. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with our late arrival.

Had to go out of the way to ask for new towels and things, stayed there for 3 days staff never checked in to ask if we needed anything or come in to clean like they say they do.

If you are traveling on I-81 or have business in Wilkes-Barre, this is probably the best hotel. We've stayed at Moghen Sun several times and the resort fees are just a ripoff. This hotel is well staffed by competent people, the rooms have recently been renovated and you'll get a good nights sleep here. The location is the best in this area: just off the interstate with plenty of restaurants and store within walking distance Took a star off because the ice maker on our floor was broken.

Great place to stay… and breakfast was great!
