ParkCity Everly Hotel Miri

This hotel seriously need repair. Should be close down for general repair.We feel cheated to stay here with broken aircond,i mean the whole hotel aircond not fully working. Room are mouldy,smell of pee, Room safe not working. After we complaint,staff change us to mock up room.Still air cond not working and morning no water. It is a shame for the city of Miri with un responsible hotel owner. On arrival we dont feel good because the hotel Concierge dont border to welcome us or help in our luggage. Next day morning Staff sweeping the front step also dont border to take away a death rat at the step to the parking.Terrible experience, would not come back. Hope the management do something about it.

The room badly need a facelift, the location was out of the way of the shops and to make things worse the air conditioner was not working. The receptionist was friendly enough and apologised for the inconvenience but we got out of there as soon as we could.

Got aircond problem then they gave us a standing fan as a solution. 4star? Really? 👏 We wanted had a good time at Miri but this was not acceptable. Should we pay expensively just got a standing fan? 👏

Only spent the night there. Spacious clean room, with a bit of a damp smell. Bath tub could be renewed. Nice breakfast buffet with western and asian dishes for 25 RM. Pretty pool and garden area. Wifi good.

The bellman friendly I ask for change new room because of the air conditioning just felt wind, he said have check with the maintenance, been a age waiting for the maintenance to check up, and call back and said the maintenance is looking for the room! What for an hour?? Air conditioning poor, change our room but the air conditioning still the same. Sea view just saw coconut tree Should be stayed for 2 days 1 night but cannot hold it anymore, the next day we check out

Dated hotel in need of renovation.room was good but breakfast was minimal and toaster did not work.good pool but chairs broken and nowhere to order a drink at all he pool.staff were helpful though

Very nice and comfort to stay especially with kids.

very poor air conditioning, toilet water hose would splash out of no reason as if over pressure of water and bath tub with subborn permanent stains, toilet paper & tissue box as if was left over from previous stay-in

Found our the technical issues,electrical panel not functioning. Transferred to another room find out telephone line not working.

FAcilities are bad.....air-cond always not cool. No Maintenance......Changed room three times...
