"Please upgrade your room"

The room was smelly and dirty..aircond switch not functioning..dirty bathroom..dirty swimming pool..found a coffee stained mug in my room...guess the housekeeping staff didnt wash it...

"pleasant stay"

I recently stayed here with my family. Thats being said the staff were lovely and the pool was nice. Highly recommended for family since they have the kids pool (kids corner). The room was old but has a balcony that overlook the beach front and garden. The price of staying at Parkcity Miri is very reasonable.

"Good"

The requested room was not ready upon check in even arrival was at 7:20 p.m. The aircond was not fully functioning and the room was stuffy and warm.

"Poor front desk service"

A run-down hotel. Room looks old. Could see dust and mould at some parts. Booked a room with sea view but not so much of sea view we could get to enjoy. Bad customer service especially the front desk. Not friendly and helpful at all.

"Fair beach side hotel"

This hotel used to be Holiday Inn so the hotel is quite grand. However, the rooms are quite run down. TV reception is bad so we couldn't enjoy the shows available. The bathtub was very dirty. The room we were in was not sufficiently cooled though it offered a very nice view of the sea. For the low price, there's nothing to complain really so I'll still recommend it to those on a budget.

"Do not stay here ! "

One word: Filthy. Cheap price but too old and dilapidated. Air conditioner was not working well. The air was musty ... furniture soiled ... washroom mouldy. The shower only had two temperature - boiling hot or freezing cold. The toilet bowl water flow wouldn't stop flowing. See the pictures uploaded.

"Outdated and not worth the promo price"

What to say ? Staff really friendly and helpful ! Internet WIFI works That was the positive part ! And now to the rest : Rooms are rundown Pool really dirty Restaurant, can't even rate the food, its bad No bar Really really out dated ! You will get many other hotels in miri for same price that is much much better !
