ParkCity Everly Hotel Miri

My kids enjoy play in pool.You got a very nice swimming pool but too bad..alway have no stock for pool towel.

Family of 4 with a toddler and a baby. Booking - Booked for an Executive room through another website. Upon arrival/check-in @5pm - Given a Deluxe Room. Friendly receptionist. No staff helped us with carrying our luggage. Husband had to take the luggage trolley himself. Only one (1) elevator was functioning, we had a long wait to enter with our big trolley. Room (610) - Aircond not function well, blocked sink & old mattress. Hot water (bathroom) is warm, not hot. Unable to use wifi. Kids were crying the whole time because room was hot. We complaint twice, technician came but aircond still not cold. We were given a fan! Room (724) - At 11pm we were transferred to another room. Aircond was cooler than before but room still warm. Kids could sleep eventhough they still sweat. Hot water (bathroom) is warm, not hot. Unable to use wifi. Breakfast was OK with plenty of choices and great view of swimming pool. For both rooms, the facilities are old. Not recommeded for stay until the aircond and the sink problem are fixed. The hotel needs major renovation to maintain its 4 star rating.

bad experience during check-in.. arrived 3pm and have to wait another 40 mins due to room not ready yet, booking done earlier through online and paid (no refund, if i decided to leave). Aircond not cold, only 1 lift operate with scary sound during operation. Wifi inside room not strong enough..

Everywhere was dirty. Hair everywhere. And I was even at the excutive room. To put it simply I couldn't stay there had to find somewhere else to sleep

Satisfied with the room and will definitely come back to stay here again

Stayed one night here for class reunion. Everything seemed ok except pool is dirty with algae...thus not safe to swim. Beach front not well maintained

Hotel needs upgrade. Poor Air condition which need to be upgraded. Swimming pool pump broken at the time of my stay. Seem the pool was long been abandoned.

Every family trip to miri we will definitely stay on this hotel. Comfort with big room at affordable is the main reason for repeat stays. However the swimming pool needs more attention as the water was not clean during our stay recently

Our room was wonderful as it exceeded our expectations. A lovely fruit bowl was delivered. Reception is efficient at check in and check out. The breakfast was very tasty. Staff are friendly and welcoming though initiative is lacking. Sadly, this hotel looks and feels dated and is in need of an injection of funds to refurbish. It could be so much better with a lick of paint, repairs to down pipes, updated flooring, art work etc. However it is a comfortable hotel, well priced and great staff. A perfect venue for the Jazz Festival which we attended.
