Nice staying there. Had no issue. Little away from city center

The hotel needs to revamp as the condition is poor, bed is uncomfortable (can feel the spring is not working and noisy when tossing and turning on bed), air conditioning is extremely bad around the hotel especially in the room (sweating while sleeping), breakfast says strart at 6am BUT no one was there to entertain us except for the chef (made us waited for 15 mins with no lights on, food was bad with fruit flies on the salads), lift sounded scary. That will be my first and last stay unless it gets a major renovation. Service at the counter was satisfactory as I complained for bad air condition room. Within few mins they moved us to another room but unfortunately the air conditioning was bad too. I'm so sorry that I am not impressed with your hotel despite of your good service at the counter.

Dirty, smelly room in dire need of refurbishment. However, my complaint was dealt with efficiently and courteously and we were upgraded to Executive Floor with breakfast.

The staff were nice. It's not a top quality hotel, but very fine for the money. And a great view if you get a backside room. Just be sure to tell them you need wifi reception, not all rooms can get it.

Wanted hotel close to town. Also close to airport.

Generally, I'm happy with this hotel.

If you get a good rate this is a good choice for a relaxing time at the hotel - good outdoor pool - away from city centre.

Very lovely places

Good location, about 15 minutes from the airport by car. Lovely beach front. Rooms are old but well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful.
