"Room conditions"

Hotel is very run down esp the bathroom. Need to be refurnished badly.

"Disappointed"

It wasn't a very well maintained room. As we got the Executive Suite, we expected more. Unfortunately, there was rubbish behind the bedside tables, and the air conditioning vents were crooked. There were other issues too, such as the pool having fungus on the bottom. The room was nicely decorated, but not the same as the photos.

"Old Hotel"

The hotel was outdated and need refurbishment. Bathroom smell of wet towels and air conditioning control does not work. However, the standard room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four.
