The Hotel is run down Kettle was rusty, Hair dryer is impossible to use, Bath tub is dirty. Everything is just TOO OLD in this Hotel! The balcony is way too dangerous even for adults. The handrails are low, u can easily trip and fell if u are not careful I was charged SGD210 for one night stay. It was really a ripped off. Was very disappointed with the Quality of the Hotel.

"Poor hotel maintenance. Sand flies on beach"

Rooms are not doing maintenace. Breakfast have limited choice and repeating almost all the dishes everyday. Pool is good. Hotel staff behaviour is excellent. Good beach view but lots of sand flies which prevents you to go there. A little out from town which gives you a calm break.

"Lovely hotel but lack of proper maintenance"

Check in process was a bit slow. The hotel itself is actually quite lovely however, it was poorly maintained. The room is big and the view is perfect! The room is not clean as we can see stains on the bed sheet and the water from the pipe smells a bit. The pool is actually quite nice but due to lack of maintenance perhaps, the water is a bit dirty and green moss spotted in some areas. Awesome location as it is near the beach and 10 minutes away from the city. Ample parking space too.

"Sandflies no wifi at 6th floor"

Not really. Front reception told us we can use Internet for free at business centre. Both of us used the hotel pc to check emails. As we leave we were told to pay RM 10 each. No mentioned or any signs on computer to tell us how much is per hr or minutes. The swimming pool has murky water and too many sand flies as we walk to the beach. Mosquitoes around pool area. Pool checks were mostly not fit to sit on as it is spoiled.

"Old hotel"

Aircon was hot. The hotel is old . The breakfast is ok. Swimming is ok for kids
