"Good"

Need some upgrade at room, food was good, nice view close to the beach, however the best part is the staff was really excellant. We complaint about our water heater and electricity malfunction and just a few minits the maintenance staff attend and solved it. Very commited to their work.

"Nice pool, but place needs overall upkeep"

I read reviews on here before I booked, and I have to agree, the pool is really nice. It's the only reason why I would say I'm not totally dissatisfied with my stay. The pool was nice, the beach was also nice to walk along. The breakfast and good overall was good, and I really liked the open dining area. Besides that this property is in serious need of general upkeep and renovation. The rooms are very outdated and the bathroom smells because of the bad condition of the toilet. I have mixed reviews about the service as it varied with the people we had to deal with throughout our two night stay. I would say, if you like a nice pool stay here, but be sure to sacrifice overall comfort in your actual room.

"Budget hotel"

All in all the resort was good, nice pool and is on the beach which is amazing There is no room service facility, the food options for vegetarians are almost nil If you are a local Malaysian then this resort is worth it

"Not bad nice place for getaway with family"

Being first time staying in this resort i should say good place for family to spend together for holiday.nice pool and food...although i read some review from previous guest comments negative about this place but for the price you paid you dont expect the service the same as when you checkin at hyatt resort or club med..for me overall goods place and will come back again. Special thanks for morning shift receptionist forgot her name but if im not msitake fiza working on 11/9/16 for her warm welcoming me upon checkin at the resort.keep up ur good work.

"HOTEL ENVIRONMENT IS GREAT, NEAR TO THE BEACH. "

THIS HOTEL IS FAR FROM KUALA TERENGGANU TOWN, SO THE HOTEL SHOULD PROVIDE ALL THE FACILITIES TO THE GUEST SO THAT THEY CAN ENJOY THE DAY THERE. EXAMPLE : 24 HOURS MART FOR SNACKS AND PERSONAL USED, MORE CAFE FOR VARIETY FOODS. THE HOTEL IS USING THE SAME MENU FOR LUNCH AND DINNER. WITH THE GREAT SWIMMING POOL, THE HOTEL SHOULD INVEST FOR THE BBQ DINNER EVERYDAY TO MAKE THE NIGHT HAPPENING IN THE HOTEL.
