Sutra Beach Resort

Airconditioner was not directing toward the sleeping bed and the view at the main door was not properly preserved beside the hotel was too closed to the forest..

The place is very old. Rooms are also quite small. DO NOT judge the hotel by the photos. It is probably taken from 15 or 20 years ago. Services given such as room amenities are not up to my expectations for the price paid. Expected much more for the kind of price charged. Not worth it although next to a beach. Definitely will not revisit again.

in average, this place is nice and beautiful for vacation. however, not all are perfect and some must be improved especially their hot water system, rooms and area. there one area where covered with bushes and trees. it makes the area look horror at the night. the hot water system also problem due to can not setting to room temperature water. just imagine when you gonna take bath on hot and shinny day. not all peoples are tend to use hot water for their bath everyday. then the problem can not be solved by their technical person and then we instructed to change the room where far away from other my family members.

I hate their breakfast. it is not your customer problem, when there is not many people staying in your hotel, u decided to make it ala carte. and your american breakfast is not as per description. u serve cheap nuggets and hot dogs. a walk to the room is like walking to a haunted area. the lawn is not well manage, not well lighted. the room is super duper old fashion. it looks like they never change the furnitures, shower heads, bed and TV since 1998. The TV is still the box TV, mind you. if u plan to come here, pls prepare to be taken to the 90's. if not, better stay elsewhere.

- dirty toilet i.e underneath sink cabinet. looks like the cleaner never clean the area. - lot of ants.

Beautiful pool, relaxing, the room is not smelly as i heard, just a smell of old wooden chalet , amazing!

We'll definitely come back for the swimming experience although it's quite distant from the city of Kuala Terengganu. It'll be inconvenient to stay here without a car because there's literally NOTHING around the neighbourhood. Other than this drawback, spacious room, friendly staff and a decent restaurant are the advantages to stay at this hotel.

It was not to our expectation. The hotel was not well maintained. I suggest that Hotel.com staffs should do a yearly review on the hotel before advertising.

Clean beach, great infinity pool facing the sea..Mine seaview, worth a lot for the price paid. My kids enjoy playing at the beach. Though the resort is not comparable to new modern style resort but my overall stay was very excellent. Plan to go again and having bbq when my kids grow up. Highly recommended.
