To improve your level of comfort, we would like to inform you that Hotel is conducting Rooms Renovation at the South Wing, Main Lobby area, Fitness Centre, Kids Corner playground and Swimming Pool. The Renovation projects have been starting from December 1st, 2025 until May 31st, 2026 (6 months). We will manage to reduce the disruptions that might be occurred during the project is being conducted, and by accommodating all Guests at the North Wing during the renovation is conducted.Fitness center is closed from 2026-05-31 until 2026-04-11 Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Spa/wellness center is closed from 2026-05-31 until 2026-05-10

"The hotel is reasonable and loaner the airport and the staff is wonderful"

The people and staff were wonderful. I arrived during the monsoon rain so it is hard to make things happen.

"A great choice if you have an early flight out of Manado"

Convenient location close to the airport (10 minute taxi ride). They arranged our very early morning shuttle to the airport which was great!

The Room is outdate, door of bathroom is broken, front door is broken. The Room is Disguting need total renovation.

"Gutes Hotel für einen Stopover in Manado"

Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück auch für den westlichen Geschmack. Gutes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und schöner Aussenanlage/Pool. Leider liegt das Hotel etwas abgelegen und man ist auf Auto oder Taxi angewiesen.

Check in extrem langsam. Check in Time sollte 14:00 Uhr sein. Zimmer war um 15:20 Uhr immer noch nicht fertig. Dank der Initiative von Herrn Marsel vom Front Desk der meinen wachsenden Unmut erkennen konnte gab es einen Upgrade auf die Junior Suite. Danke hierfür.

De locatie is prachtig en het restaurant is erg goed en eten is lekker.

De eerste slaapkamer is stinkt en vies en daarna hebben we een andere kamer gekregen en ook nooit goed schoongemaakt. Tijd voor renovatie en een andere manager.

"Once good hotel in bad shape"

The hotel is conveniently located near MDC airport also near Jalan Tol to Bitung (if you for example want to get to Pulau Lembeh). The staff is friendly though very slow in the restaurant. Breakfast offers a wide variety of food and beverages...

...but especially the 'Western corner' doesn't offer good quality food. Unfortunately the hotel (which must have been too notch once) is in very bad shape. Even though we got an upgrade upon arrival the room still smelled like mold and there even was a dead roach next to the bed.
