To improve your level of comfort, we would like to inform you that Hotel is conducting Rooms Renovation at the South Wing, Main Lobby area, Fitness Centre, Kids Corner playground and Swimming Pool. The Renovation projects have been starting from December 1st, 2025 until May 31st, 2026 (6 months). We will manage to reduce the disruptions that might be occurred during the project is being conducted, and by accommodating all Guests at the North Wing during the renovation is conducted.Fitness center is closed from 2026-05-31 until 2026-04-11 Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Nice stay close to the airport."

Room was very big, clean and looked newly renovated. Bed was very comfortable. Food (I only used room service) was delicious. Staff was really nice and helpful. Do not use the hotel shuttlebus to the airport, it is crazy expensive. Just ask the staff to call you a normal taxi. I paid less than 50k to the airport.

Bathroom was quite outdated. But it was big and clean so not really a big minus.

"Immer wieder, aber Taxi vor Ort und nicht über Booking.com buchen!"

Für mich 1. Wahl für eine Nacht vor frühem Flug, da nah an Airport gelegen, trotzdem ruhig und komfortabel. Habe schon an weitere Personen empfohlen!

Zeit von Abendessenbestellung bis Service an Tisch hat sehr lange gedauert, obwohl nur noch ein anderer Tisch mit 4 P. besetzt war. Dann zu Booking.com: Bestellt keinen Taxi zum Airport über dieses Portal! Vollkommener Abriss!! Für 15min. Fahrt über CHF 100.00 zu verlangen ist eine Gaunerei, wenn man bedenkt, dass die Fahrt vor Ort ganz regulär für unter 50'000.00 IDR (=ca. CHF 2.50) zu haben ist.

"Good choice if you want to be close to the airport, comfortable and clean hotel."

Very nice swimming pool, the staff is friendly and ready to help you. We had dinner at the hotel and it was excellent. The room was spacious and clean.

The ventillation system brought some kind of tobacco smell to the bathroom.

"Good for overnight in Manado"

Very close to the airport (15minutes by taxi costing 100,000 IR). Restaurant, bar and pool area were very nice and even though a short distance from the busy road, traffic noise was not intrusive. Food was very good and well priced from an extensive menu with vegetarian options. Breakfast was excellent.

The room was somewhat shabby. Broken window blinds, bathroom ceramics in a poor state and room furniture, as stated, shabby. Even though the restaurant was good the time for our order to arrive (75minutes) was not acceptable.
