"Outstanding "

I really enjoyed my stay at the Shangri-La Ningbo. Seven and his concierge team were excellent and assisted me with some reservations and mailing some items for me. Kitty in the lobby bar was very friendly and professional. I will return.

"Typical Ningbo "

Anywhere else Im the world it’s just an average hotel. No one speaks English. Very long check in and check out process. Rooms Need to be updated. Lounge is nice. Lobby is pretty. Lobster bar restaurant is above average for Ningbo.

"What happened to Shangri-La in Ningbo?"

Terrible experience! Their staff know nothing about their loyalty programs and do not speak english anymore, which is terrible for an international Hotel. Their staff lacks of customer service especially at the lobby. Their Club is not that good anymore, unfortunately! The quality of the food at the club is not good anymore and is not really worth it. The only possitive thing is their Grill and Lobster restaurant. There, the service and food are good.

"No nonsense excellent business hotel..."

Checked in and attended to by Vincent Li...at reception...a very competent and amiable person...with very good customers service skills ...Ask for Vincent if he is there.The room was upgraded and all of my Golden Cricle details were already in the system.I used the breakfast restaurant and buffet is excellent at 128 RMB tax and service incl.We also used the lobby lounge....which is nice...I would prefer if they had a real honest to do bar...which they have but it is in the Steak house restaurant...which makes no sense...when they have such a huge lobby...still service was first rate.The waitress remembered my choice os aperitif from my last stay in February ...nice touch...All in all nothing bad to report and stay was extremely comfortable...King size bed...good linens....and all works well in the room
