"Not happy about the Horizon Club Lounge"

I was not too happy that I had the Horizon Club Lounge and they would NOT let me even take a water out of the HCL. I paid for the upgrade and part of the benefits is the water, soda etc that is available all day. I have never had this happen before.. I don't think I will go back.

"Great stay"

It was my third stay at this hotel and I was not disapointed. Only suggestion for improvement would be nicer taxis on the premises, like they have in Qingdao.

"Double standards"

We enjoyed the hotel except for people who were permitted to be naked in the spa. As an international hotel they should imply health and safety regulations, respect cultural diversity and not permit nudity in the spa area. If I swim in the pool why do I have to wear a cap when people sit in a spa people can be naked - time to act like an international hotel on this policy.

Good property. The breakfast area was the most negative part. Dirty table mats and cheap tools. You would not expect this at a Shangri-La.
